Return & Cancellation Policy
GENERAL
When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the provisions of the preliminary information form and the distance selling agreement presented to you.
All shopping transactions are carried out within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and related regulations.
Product shipment (cargo) fees are covered by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.
Each product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
The ordered product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the promotion, and together with documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual.
If the supply of the product becomes impossible, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER within 3 days and refund the product price within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the BUYER does not pay the product price or cancels it in the bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
After delivery, if it is determined that the credit card has been used by unauthorized persons and the product price is not paid to the SELLER, the BUYER is obliged to return the product within 3 days, with the shipping fee belonging to the SELLER.
FORCE MAJEURE AND DELIVERY DELAY
In situations developing outside the SELLER's control (natural disasters, transportation obstacles, etc.), product delivery may be delayed. In this case, the BUYER is informed and has the following rights:
- Cancel the order
- Replace with an equivalent product
- Postpone the delivery until the obstacle is removed
In case of cancellation:
If payment was made in cash, the fee is refunded within 14 days.
If payment was made by credit card, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days. It may take a few weeks for the bank to reflect it to the account.
OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT
The BUYER must physically inspect the product before receiving it; they should not receive crushed, torn, or defective products from the courier.
The received product is considered to be undamaged. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the product must not be used and must be returned with its original packaging and invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may use the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product without showing any justification.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For the right of withdrawal:
- Invoice (a return invoice is mandatory for corporate invoices)
- The product box, packaging, and accessories, if any, must be delivered complete.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The SELLER is obliged to refund the product price and expenses, if any, within 10 days after the withdrawal notification.
The returned product is taken back within 20 days.
If there is a loss of value due to use, the BUYER is obliged to compensate for this damage.
DEFAULT STATE AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER falls into default in payments made by credit card, they are responsible for the interest and legal obligations to be applied by the bank within the scope of the card agreement.
The SELLER may claim damages and attorney's fees arising from this delay from the BUYER.

After the order, the product price is withdrawn from your credit card and the transaction is completed.
