Distance Selling Agreement

By accepting this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges and declares in advance that if they approve the order subject to the contract, they will come under the obligation to pay the price of the order and any additional fees specified, such as shipping fees and taxes, and that they have been informed about this matter.

Ministry: Refers to the Ministry of Customs and Trade,
Law: Refers to the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
Regulation: Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts,
Service: Refers to any consumer transaction other than providing goods, made or committed to be made in return for a fee or benefit,
Seller: Refers to the company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or on account of the one offering goods,
Buyer: Refers to the real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for purposes that are not commercial or professional,
Site: Refers to the website belonging to the Seller,
Order Placer: Refers to the real or legal person who requests a good or service through the website belonging to the Seller,
Parties: Refers to the Seller and the Buyer,
Agreement: Refers to this agreement concluded between the Seller and the Buyer,
Good: Refers to movable property subject to shopping, and intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar items prepared to be used in electronic environment,

3. Subject

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the Buyer electronically through the website of the Seller.

Invoice delivery: The invoice will be delivered together with the order to the invoice address during order delivery.

9. General Provisions

The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, and delivery of the product subject to the contract.

10. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product to them, without showing any justification.

11. Default State

If the Buyer falls into default in payments made by credit card, the provisions of the agreement between the cardholder and the bank shall apply.

12. Competent Court

In consumer disputes, the arbitration committee or consumer court in the consumer's place of residence is authorized.

13. Enforcement

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted this agreement by paying for the order placed on the site.
